Return Procedure
- Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a return or exchange. We’ll provide a prepaid shipping label for your convenience. - Other Returns or Exchanges
For any other reason, you have 30 days from receipt to start the return process. Items must be in their original condition and packaging, including all tags and accessories. You can initiate your return via our website or by emailing us directly. - Non-Returnable Items
Personalized, custom, and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. Return shipping costs for non-defective items are the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days and send you a confirmation email.
For defective items outside the 10-day window, we may offer a repair or replacement instead of a refund to ensure your satisfaction.
Late or Missing Refunds

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges

Gifts
If marked as a gift, you’ll receive store credit equal to the value of the returned item.
If not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser, who will be notified of the return.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective. For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service. Please package your return securely and include your original invoice.
