Processing & Shipping Schedule:
All products are proudly crafted in the United States and processed for shipment Monday through Saturday.
Some items in your order may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery.
Estimated Delivery Times
Production Time:
Standard apparel typically ships within 3–5 business days.
Embroidery, all-over sublimation, and custom handmade products may take 5–10 business days to produce.
Shipping Time:
United States:
Standard: 6–12 business days
Expedited: 4–8 business days
International:
Standard: 14–20 business days
Expedited: 7–15 business days

Tracking Your Order
When available, a tracking number will be emailed to you so you can monitor your package’s delivery progress online.
Multiple Orders & Shipping Locations
Orders placed on the same day cannot be combined.
We cannot split a single order for delivery to multiple addresses. To ship to more than one location, please place separate orders for each destination.
Address Changes
Delivery addresses can only be updated within 4 hours after placing your order. Once processing begins, we are unable to make changes. For address updates, contact us immediately at contact.goldteelic@gmail.com within the 4-hour window.
Customs, Duties & Delays
Some countries may apply import taxes, duties, or customs fees on incoming shipments. These charges are determined by your country’s Customs office and are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs inspections may also cause delivery delays, which are beyond our control. For more information, please contact your local Customs office.
